Roc Nation rising R&B/soul sensation Nicole Bus delivers the music video for “Rain,” a poignant, piano-driven monitor from her debut album, ‘Kairos.’ The Megan Gamez-directed visible was on the historic Bendix Diner in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ and co-stars actor Will Catlett (Attraction Metropolis Kings, “Black Lightning,” “Love Is __”).
“I beloved making this video,” says Bus. “On this life you don’t know what you bought until it’s gone, and I really feel this visible embodies the energy of that message.”
Will Catlett was intrigued by the challenge from the second he heard the album title. Kairos is an historic Greek phrase that means a propitious second for motion, or signifying “the appointed time within the goal of God.”
“Once I noticed that, it was like – alright, this a divine, appointed time,” Catlett recollects. “I needed to get on a airplane. It was completed. It was a part of the plan.”
Bus is slated to launch her first headlining tour on February 20th in Minneapolis at Turf Membership. The Come up and Shine Tour will embrace reveals at SOB’s in New York Metropolis (February 28) and The Roxy in Los Angeles (March 17).
