Simply days earlier than the 2020 BET Awards, the community has introduced Beyoncé will likely be honored with the celebrated Humanitarian Award.
The enduring entertainer will obtain the 2020 Humanitarian Award for her work together with her BeyGOOD Basis, in addition to the recently-launched Black Parade initiative which goals to assist Black-owned companies.
The 24-time Grammy-winner launched the cultural anthem “Black Parade” to accompany the venture on this 12 months’s Juneteenth.

Previous recipients of the distinguished Humanitarian Award embrace Quincy Jones, Alicia Keys, John Legend, and the late Nipsey Hussle.
Additionally added to the all-star line-up are a memorial honoring the late Rock and Roll Corridor of Famer Little Richard by Wayne Brady and a tribute to the late sports activities icon Kobe Bryant by Lil Wayne.
The award present will embrace star-studded performances by Legend, Chloe x Halle, Jennifer Hudson, SiR, Summer time Walker, Usher, and extra.
The 20th annual BET Awards will air on BET and CBS on Sunday, June 28 at eight p.m. ET.
