Rising artist Kaash Paige makes her official introduction to music customers along with her first full-length album, Teenage Fever, through Def Jam.
For her freshman mission, the 19-year-old Dallas native collaborated with Don Toliver, SSGKobe, 42 Dugg, Okay Camp and Isaiah Rashad.
Teenage Fever finds Paige in her personal secure house, as she explores relatable matters like despair, nervousness and heartbreak. Not all the subject material is heavy. As an rising act, faucets into a few of her ambitions, corresponding to gathering awards throughout “Grammy Week.”
“‘Grammy Week’ is me manifesting being part of the Grammys,” Paige defined to Audiomack. “Having that decision to my homie, like, ‘Yo, at the moment’s the day!’ Me and Don [Toliver] are each upcoming artists and I do see us getting GRAMMYs. Being profitable is elevating on the earth, having the world turn into extra conscious of who we’re.”
The album follows Paige’s debut EP, Parked Automotive Convos, which dropped final November. It featured her viral hit “Love Songs,” which has garnered over 87 million streams on Spotify. Atlanta-based singer 6LACK appeared on the official remix.
