Singer-songwriter Victoria Monét returns with a show-stopping visible for her bed room jam “Second.”
Directed by Valentin Petit, the video is a cinematic murals that includes Monét and her accomplice sprawling over a number of scenes together with their front room ground and an open subject.
The visible serves as an ode to Black love in a way. It options an emphasis on pores and skin tone within the two lovers in addition to a cut-away to a visible of the faces of Black males, much like that in Kendrick Lamar’s video for “Humble.”
The Grammy-nominated artist has been churning out new music recently as she launched the video for her music “Ass Like That” again in 2019.
Each “Ass Like That” and “Second” are tied to the Los Angeles native’s upcoming mission JAGUAR, out this spring.
